Items ordered on this site are custom made and therefore sales are final. (Sorry, no returns or exchanges).

Ordering Opportunities:

Wave 1: Now through Monday Sept 8th for anticipated completion the week of Oct 6th.

Wave 2: October 24-November 3 for anticipated completion early December

Sizing: For apparel, we have included size charts from the manufacturers to help you make your selections. Please note that sizing among the various manufacturers is different. Bauer Apparel and Warrior jackets are available to try on at Strauss Skates in Maplewood.

Delivery: You will receive an email when your order is complete and ready for pick up at Strauss.

Back Orders: We do our best to monitor item availability from our manufacturers; however, in the event that an item is out of stock from the manufacturer, we may substitute something similar if available or contact you with options. We are not responsible for manufacturer back-orders.

Online Order and Credit Card Fee: There will be a 6.5% fee added to your total during the checkout process. This fee covers credit card processing fees and the ability to use this platform to collect orders.

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at StraussTeams@gmail.com so that we can verify accuracy and receipt of your order. In the email please include your full name as well as the organization you are ordering with.
